4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

You may request a refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days. You may opt to reschedule your session once at no additional fee with at least 3 days notice. Sessions cancelled less than 7 days before the date are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

4.2 Information Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of information products are final. No refunds are offered once a download link has been accessed. If you encounter technical defects, contact us via the contact form within 5 days of purchase for support.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 21 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
